Finally finished!!! This was submitted as my self-directed project for my art option in school. I decided to draw this amazing photograph which my friend took of her cat (which I'm in love with; was provided with the original uncropped picture) because I thought it would be a challenge for myself. Turns out it was, and I literally worked 24/7 on this piece in order to get it in on time -_-
I hope everyone likes it!

Goodness. I thought this was a photo with manipulated eye colors. Your skill in traditional art is stunning.

The highlights in the eyes really give them a glossy, 3D look. I love that you can see every little hair. The blending of greys and browns around the muzzle is really well done as well. Beautiful job!
